Job description

POSITION: Payroll Clerk

LOCATION: Bellevue, NE

PAY: Based on Experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process weekly payroll
  • Review timekeeping records for accuracy
  • Update employee payroll information
  • Maintain payroll files and confidential records
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist management with reporting requests
  • Support payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities
  • Help administer timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Perform additional office duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll software including ADP, Paychex, or similar systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
