Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accounts payable related duties while providing excellent customer service to all clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track monthly utility bills and process in Plate IQ and Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Print and mail vendors checks and apply manual checks, ACH, and wire transfers as needed
  • Assist in monthly closings procedures, including researching missing bank reconciliation items
  • Prepare weekly accounts payable check run and aging reports
  • Field incoming and place outgoing vendor calls relating to accounts payable issues
  • Interact with management related to accounts payable issues

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Strong skill level with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
  • Superior strength in organizing workload, adapting quickly to change, and delivering under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree
  • 3 years accounts payable experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience
