JOB PURPOSE: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for tracking and paying all received invoices and statements. This position is a key contact point for our store managers and outside vendors to ensure all bills are being paid accurately. 
DUTIES: 
  • Build good relationships with NAPA employees and outside vendors
  • Balance and reconcile statements 
  • Pay all bills on time. 
  • Assist stores with questions and problem solving. 
  • Keep organized records
