PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Patient Support Specialist for our Columbus health center.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Greets patient/customers in a positive and helpful manger with a smile. Provides directions, information, and other assistance as needed.
  • Provides intake/registration of patient in the practice management system.
  • Confirms patient insurance eligibility and/or benefits.
  • Updates patient information, collects co-pays, provides any necessary forms needing completion, and obtains signatures as necessary.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in a medical office, customer service or reception, preferably in medical office. Bilingual capabilities a plus.
