About the Role

We are seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service.

This is an entry-level healthcare support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working within established procedures and guidelines.

What You'll Do:

  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records).
  • Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and escalate non-routine issues following established processes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards.
  • Contribute to team service levels by completing tasks accurately and on time.

Basic Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Entry-level role; 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments is typical.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems).
  • Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP), healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance environment.
  • Exposure to reimbursement, billing, or benefits verification processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or healthcare documentation workflows.
  • Bilingual (English/French).

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Primarily a desk-based role requiring extended computer use.
  • May require managing high-volume administrative tasks and communications in a structured, fast-paced environment.
