Patient Services Coordinator / Provider Coordinator for client in Coon Rapids, MN!
Seeking an experienced Patient Services Coordinator / Provider Coordinator for a 13-week, full-time onsite contract with potential for extension. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
Key Requirements
  • 2-5 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, provider coordination, or medical office experience
  • Direct infusion scheduling experience required
  • Strong Epic scheduling experience required
  • Experience managing provider schedules and patient appointments
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills

Preferred
  • Oncology infusion scheduling experience
  • Prior Provider Coordinator experience
  • Insurance verification/prior authorization experience
  • Experience with referrals, work queues, and medical records

Responsibilities
Coordinate infusion treatments and patient appointments, maintain provider schedules in Epic, manage scheduling/referral work queues, assist with insurance verification and authorizations, provide telephone support, and support patient records and administrative workflows.
