Job description

JMA Pediatrics is currently hiring for a part-time, weekends only, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting patients and their families with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. The CSR will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, addressing real-time concerns, and delivering a seamless customer experience ensuring best patient experience and care with positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and patience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
  • Positive candidate to enhance in JMA Pediatrics positive team work
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
