PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
BILINGUAL/ARABIC

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of responsible clerical duties and accounting activities in processing patients. Actively supports the LCHC mission of service and education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Considerable knowledge of patient accounts procedures. Ability to follow standard clerical/office procedures. Ability to write legibly. Ability to maintain effective working communication with patients and coworkers. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to do basic addition, subtraction and multiplication.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduation from high school is required. Additional business coursework is desired.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of clerical experience with public contact and proven ability to handle cash.
