Go Flow Concierge Wellness is seeking a motivated, people-focused Patient Acquisition Specialist to serve as the first point of connection for prospective patients and referral partners. This role is essential to our growth and patient experience, acting as the bridge between community outreach, marketing efforts, and our clinical care team.

The Patient Acquisition Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective patients through inbound and outbound communication, responding to leads generated from marketing campaigns, community partnerships, referrals, and direct inquiries. This individual educates potential patients on our services, assesses their needs, verifies readiness to begin care, and guides them smoothly through the intake and onboarding process within our EHR platform.

Success in this role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a sales-minded yet patient-centric approach, and the ability to manage and track leads accurately within our CRM and scheduling systems.
