Job description

Job Summary:
Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Clyde , Texas area.

This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes. 

The current shift day/times that need filled are: 

Days & Times TBD

Morning - Afternoon - Evening shifts available


Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00 an hour, with weekly pay.

In addition, caregivers receive the following benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 1 year previous caregiving experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
