Job description

Garden Path Home Care is seeking a friendly, motivated Ambassador / Community Liaison to help us build meaningful connections throughout the Richmond community.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and post social-media content four times every two weeks across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Represent Garden Path Home Care at local events, wellness fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, community partners, and referral sources.
  • Support outreach efforts that connect families with compassionate, personalized in-home care.
  • Help spread awareness of Garden Path’s services and mission in the community.
  • Count as internship hours if needed 

Compensation & Incentives

  • Social-media posting stipend: $150 every two weeks.
  • Successful referral bonus: $150 per retained referral.
  • Referral bonus increase: After five retained referrals, earn $200 per referral.
  • Ten retained referrals milestone: Earn $250 per referral.
  • Client and caregiver referral: $200 per successful combined referral.
  • Health and wellness fairs: $100 for each fair attended on behalf of Garden Path Home Care.
