We are looking for a dynamic and effective leader who is ready to showcase their skills as a leader in our Thirlby Store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase positive and effective leadership by using all tools available.
  • Train staff through implementation of processes and procedures outlined in the Auto-Wares Employee Handbook.
  • Uphold all company values which include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service, “Never Say No”, and “Capture the Sale”.
  • Represent the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
  • Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
  • Facilitate all team sales and operation meetings.
  • Create a repour with all customers in the local area, dealing with any customer service inquiries promptly.
  • Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Run the store’s daily operations by managing location organization and cleanliness, properly training and delegating tasks to store personnel, recording an accurate inventory according to CSG standard operating procedures, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of Age
  • Must possess a valid Driver License and acceptable driving record.

  • Must have leadership experience for at least 2 years.
  • Must be available to commit at least 45 hours per week to the role.
