JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a Parts Order Representative to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Parts Order Representative serves as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding parts orders. This includes validating online orders, coordinating shipments and freight, handling backorders, and communicating with dealers about open order and parts sales campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Provide phone support for dealers as calls come in throughout the day
  • Regularly communicate with dealers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, invoicing, order confirmations, and shipping discrepancies via email and over the phone
  • Process orders placed online through Microsoft Dynamics SL
  • Help Dealers understand KIOTI’s parts ordering and shipping processes
  • Arrange and document shipments on shipping schedules
  • Complete sales order and freight charges entries
  • Manage assigned territory with open and back-order reports
  • Communicate with dealers about quarterly programs and special sales programs

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong customer service experience
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, mechanics, agricultural/machinery industry highly preferred
  • Ability to handle heavy and variable workloads
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or similar CRM preferred
  • Works well on a team
