Job description

The Parts Department is the heart and soul of the dealership. We help our technicians, service advisors and sales department find the correct parts and accessories for all jobs.
Stokes Automotive is looking for a motivated Parts Advisor. Stokes Toyota Beaufort is in the process of building a state of the art service and parts department and we are looking for someone to be part of that growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
  • Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
  • Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Automotive experiences is preferred, but not essential, willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
