We’re proud to now be fully operating in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Ford dealership located at the I-70/I-64 interchange. As the first ground-up Ford dealership built in the St. Louis metro area in over 40 years—and now the largest in the Midwest—our new facility represents a major milestone in our continued growth.

With cutting-edge amenities, expanded service capacity, and a dedicated Bronco showroom featuring some of the most sought-after models, we are better equipped than ever to serve our customers. As the fastest-growing Ford dealership in the region, we are continuing to expand our team to keep pace with demand and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterman to join our team at our new Wentzville, Missouri location. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment where your expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in our continued success.


Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Work with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock
  • Complete special order part requests for customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts status
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with staff and customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Parts Counter Person Requirements:
  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of automobiles
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Strong reading, computer, and math skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in a service department
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
