This position is essential in ensuring service technicians and customers receive the correct parts quickly and accurately to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Assist retail and wholesale customers in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts
- Manage inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock
- Process parts orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts
