Job description

Technology Partnerships Lead
The Opportunity:
Join Booz Allen as a Technology Partnerships Lead and help shape meaningful collaborations with Mission Technology providers and Enterprise Technology partners in AI and Cyber. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships, coordinate joint go-to-market efforts, and support product adoption through effective partnership strategies.
In this role, you will drive pipeline development and execution, proactively identify and implement strategic initiatives to launch joint offerings, and foster organizational alignment to deliver differentiated solutions in the market. You'll play a key part in technical integrations, leveraging training and enablement programs to ensure teams are equipped to maximize partnership outcomes.
Your work will matter: drive new revenue, improve margin, and help launch new joint offerings. You'll lead executive-level reviews, maintaining alignment of goals and outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork and the chance to influence innovation in a mission-driven environment.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and delivery, focusing on relationships with market-aligned organizations
  • Experience working in the Defense or National Security Technology market with technologies including AI, Autonomy, Cloud, Cyber, or Edge C2
  • Knowledge of the federal procurement process
  • Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, engaging narratives that make logical and strategic connections and create measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
