As a Customer Partnerships Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing, remote, outbound sales team focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This role combines hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities, ensuring your team consistently exceeds performance goals.

You will cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers, coach team members on outbound strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 or more outbound sales representatives
  • Set clear performance goals and drive accountability through metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent revenue growth

Outbound Sales Execution

  • Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales solutions
  • Guide team in closing deals, negotiating pricing, and overcoming objections

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide
  • Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and research

To Land This Opportunity

  • 4 Year Degree Preferred or High School Diploma
  • 5+ years in sales management and business development
  • Proven experience leading outbound sales or call-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
