A Brief Overview:

As a Sr. Partner Specialist - Programs within WWT, you will have the ability to work with a high performing impact team. The focus being on supporting WWT’s top performing partners alongside our Partner Managers, Global Engineers, Marketing Team, and Operations. By managing programs of our top partners, you will gain a further understanding of the partner program that is consistent with the WWT go-to-market strategy. In your close work with WWT Sales and Global Engineering teams you will help drive awareness, enablement, guidance and troubleshooting of the assigned partner's programs. The excellent organizational leadership makes this role a great opportunity to excel in a partner-facing aspect within the ever-growing IT field, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the programmatic aspect of some of WWT’s largest partners; be the SME and escalation point of contact internally for managed partner programs, specializations, certifications, and incentive programs.
  • Continuous global collaboration with WWT Engineers, Sales, Operations, Partner Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership internally and externally.
  • Defines the framework, manages, and reports the progress and completion of Partner programs of sales, marketing, and technical certification requirements to advance the relationship and maximize incentives.
  • Drives and Tracks completion/action on specific programmatic tasks, from all Specializations, Certifications, and incentive programs.
  • Tracks measurable numbers: revenue, programmatic cost analysis, WWT Global Certifications and Specializations, Program incentives-- communication/adjust as necessary.
  • Remains current on the latest Programs and Specializations inclusive of requirements, cost analysis and WWT resource buy-in for required roles.
  • Coordinates and hosts cadence calls for overall internal/external teams.
  • Owns the enablement, education of program goals and plans, to internal parties.
  • Understands and communicates overall requirements & expectations of Partner Programs, Certifications, and Incentive program requirements.
  • Demonstrates/highlights WWT Platform content that differentiates WWT and Partner.
  • Builds and maintains brand awareness of assigned partner(s) within WWT community, including but not limited to content creation of partner portal, quote to cash process, deal registration and renewals of enrolled programs, Specializations and Certifications.
  • Plans and participates in Quarterly Business Reviews and supports partner counterparts in results/progress on business plan objectives.
  • Proactively identify and implement actions to achieve efficiencies in our daily processes and troubleshoot issues raised by Sales Operations
  • Helps manage compliance of MDF requirements by Corporate and Field Marketing to safeguard WWT from financial impacts.
  • Fosters team collaboration by posting and sharing relevant content in email and other team collaboration tools.
  • Creates best practices and associated content and present concepts to peers in team meetings.
  • Other duties include, but not limited to:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in a related field required
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales-Ops, technical or channel experience working with technology partnerships.
  • Experience supporting sales, engineering, and sales development activities.
  • Strong proficiency in working with Cisco Partner Tools, Salesforce, Office package.
  • Team player/Leader, self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $78,000 to $97,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
