Job description

Position Overview
LaunchEd connects schools with innovative products and solutions that address real challenges in education. LaunchEd Partnership Liaison helps keep the entire LaunchEd platform running smoothly by coordinating people, opportunities, and information from first contact through early evaluation. You'll help keep that ecosystem running smoothly by coordinating opportunities from initial intake through early evaluation, ensuring the right people, information, and conversations move forward without delays.
You'll serve as a central point of coordination between educators, school leaders, company founders, and internal teams. Your work will include managing the intake pipeline, coordinating meetings and demos, maintaining accurate records in Monday.com, facilitating educator feedback sessions through the LaunchEd Innovators Network, and ensuring smooth handoffs across teams. You'll help transform real classroom insights into opportunities that guide how LaunchEd evaluates new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
LaunchEd Intake (Stage 1 & 2)
Serve as a point of contact for product and solution requests originating across the Red Apple
enterprise.
• Support early-stage screening of inbound companies against LaunchEd intake criteria and the four
core pillars.
• Route qualified opportunities into the pipeline at Stage 1 (Intake) and Stage 2 (Initial Screen).
• Own and maintain the LaunchEd intake calendar and coordinate intake meetings, demos, and
screening calls across stakeholders.
• Keep pipeline status and notes current in Monday.com.
Innovators Network
Lead the teacher and leader collective convened from the prior year's conference.
• Facilitate focus-group sessions that surface validated, school-level problem statements.
• Translate ground-level feedback into Sandbox messaging and solution matching.
• Coordinate network members participating as paid product testers where applicable.
Cross-Department Liaison
• Connect LaunchEd Group, prospective clients, active clients, and the Sandbox across
departments.
• Ensure clean handoffs between business development, diligence, and implementation teams.
• Serve as a communication bridge between ITSS and partner-facing teams.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the Red Apple Education Companies and Florida network and a working
  • understanding of the school-choice environment.
  • Strong organization, scheduling, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Relationship management and comfort serving as a first point of contact for founders and
  • operators.
  • Belief in school choice and alignment with the Strong Minds, Good Hearts ethos.
  • A proactive, driven mindset, comfortable operating with urgency in a fast-moving pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, with Monday.com preferred, and standard scheduling tools.
  • Detail orientation and discretion handling confidential pipeline and partner information.
