Coveo is looking for a Partner Manager to help expand our partner ecosystem by generating opportunities, accelerating pipeline, and driving revenue through strategic consulting and integration partners.

You'll work closely with our alliances, sales, and marketing teams to identify high-potential partners, create joint go-to-market momentum, and help partners successfully position Coveo's AI-powered solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building, business development, and delivering measurable commercial results.
Please note that this is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent.

As one of our Partner Managers, you will:
  • Own the generation of partner-sourced pipeline within your assigned territory and partner portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and grow relationships with high-potential system integrator (SI) and global system integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Drive qualified opportunities from identification through sales engagement and progression, partnering closely with Coveo Account Executives.
  • Work with partners to uncover new business opportunities, accelerate pipeline creation, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams on partner campaigns, enablement initiatives, webinars, and events that generate demand and partner engagement.
  • Support partner onboarding, training, and certification efforts to strengthen partner capabilities and long-term success with Coveo's solutions.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Around 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or alliance management within an enterprise software or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline, revenue, or business development targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
