Meet the team:

The Director, Market Access, Partnerships and Trade is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving patient access, revenue growth, and sustainable partnerships across public and private payers, trade channels, and external partners. This role integrates market access strategy, trade and distribution leadership, and strategic partnerships to ensure optimal access, efficient distribution, and long-term business growth. The Director serves as a key member of the Canadian leadership team, working cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, Medical, Legal, Policy, and Global teams, while representing the organization externally with payers, policymakers, wholesalers, distributors, and strategic partners.

Where you come in:
  • Lead and execute a comprehensive market access strategy across public and private payers, defining optimal pricing, reimbursement and funding pathways.
  • Anticipate and influence changes in reimbursement, HTA processes, and healthcare policy to protect and expand access.
  • Develop value propositions, economic models, and access tools demonstrating clinical, economic, and system level value.
  • Drive trade and distribution strategy across wholesalers and retail partners. Negotiate and manage Distribution Services Agreements and other trade contracts, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships that expand access, generate new patients, and drive growth.
  • Partner with Finance on pricing, forecasting, scenario planning, and net revenue performance analysis. Own partnership deals from concept through execution, including financial modeling and ROI analysis
  • Lead and develop a high performing team while driving alignment across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Finance.
  • Build and maintain senior level relationships with key Finance, Pricing, Market Access, Strategic Partnerships and Trade Stakeholders, including leading quarterly business reviews.
  • As a member of the Canadian Lead Team, support affiliate imperatives related to strategy planning, leading enterprise priorities, and delivering sustainable commercial and organizational results.
