Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development pour rejoindre notre equipe Programme / Management de projet de developpement basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec les equipes programmes en charge des modifications majeures de l'A220 (Structure, Systeme, Cabine)

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Programme / Management de projet de developpement chargee d'amener l'expertise en management de projet au sein d'autres fonctions de Airbus Canada..

L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre role en tant que PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development sera d'etre le partenaire strategique des PDTs (Product Development Team) dans leur responsabilite en termes de Temps, Cout, Qualite et Performance des projets et les accompagner dans le processus "PDP, Product Development Plan".

Vos defis:

  • Soutenir les objectifs de Temps, Cout, Qualite et Performance des projets.

  • Assurer une bonne prise de decision en lien avec les besoins operationnels et escalader les problemes au besoin.

  • Developper, harmoniser et mettre a jour les plans integres.

  • Assurer la qualite des plans grace a la mise en place d'indicateurs de performance et le suivi des regles.

  • Gerer et controler le scope du projet tout au long de sa duree de vie.

  • Coordonner les activites de gestion de projet en lien avec le systeme Airbus incluant les revues de maturite de projet.

  • Integrer et analyser les donnees financieres, les donnees de planification, de qualite et de performance des projets afin de fournir des analyses pertinentes et transparentes sur leurs avancements.

  • Gerer les risques et opportunites (identification, categorisation, plan de recouvrement).

Votre profil:

  • Vous detenez un diplome universitaire dans un domaine relie a la gestion, la gestion de projet, l'ingenierie ou l'equivalent.

  • Vous detenez la certification PMP (un atout).

  • Vous avez des qualites de leader et demontre un haut niveau d'influence.

  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en gestion de projet ou gestion de programme.

  • Vous avez de bonnes competences d'analyse, de planification et de gestion des problemes.

  • Vous avez l'esprit ouvert avec de fortes competences interpersonnelles et vous demontrez une grande habilete a travailler en equipe.

  • Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, de la gestion du temps et vous etes autonome.

  • Vous avez idealement de l'experience et de l'interet pour l'aeronautique.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development to join our ABBXD (Program / Project management for Development Projects team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work conjointly with the Program Teams dedicated to major modification of the A220 (Structure, System, Cabin).

You will be part of the ABBXD team responsible for bringing project management expertise to other Airbus Canada departments.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development will be to be the strategic partner to the PDTs (Product Development Team) in their responsibility for project Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance and guide them in the Product Development Plan (PDP) process.
