Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering partner relationships, driving sales through proactive outreach, and ensuring seamless delivery of our cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will quickly develop expertise in our solutions portfolio, communicate value effectively to partners and customers, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and close business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of the Partner Development Manager may include but are not limited to:
  • Develop expertise across cloud and carrier solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS, HaaS, SD-WAN, security, storage, AI integrations, and connectivity services. Communicate technical solutions in a clear, value-driven way for partners and customers.
  • Conduct 50+ meaningful outbound prospecting calls daily while building strong partner relationships through phone, email, and social platforms such as LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
  • Collaborate with Inside Account Managers and Field Sales teams on account planning, lead generation, co-selling opportunities, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create and deliver customized quotes, proposals, and contracts by coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
  • Educate partners on commissions, SPIFFs, incentives, and program requirements to drive engagement and sales performance.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing priorities while maintaining professionalism and strong customer focus.

  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), quoting software, and social media for business development. Ability to handle multiple vendors and complex deal structures.
  • Personal Attributes: High-energy individual with a passion for customer engagement. Self-starter who is professional, results-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume workload independently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Other: Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings or field collaborations. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Travel Requirements:
25% travel is required for this position; overnight travel and stays may be expected.
