We are currently hiring Production Associates to join the team at a leading global packaging manufacturer located in Chester. This facility produces high-quality printed cartons used for consumer products such as food, healthcare, and personal care items.

Pay Rate : $15.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Schedule (Days and Time) : Monday-Friday
(Rotating Saturdays and Sundays)
(7am-3pm) (3pm-11pm) (11pm - 7am)
Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging and production machines
  • Inspect cartons and packaging materials for quality standards
  • Assist with cutting, folding, and assembling cartons
  • Pack finished products and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs when required
  • Must follow all facility safety requirements
Important Requirement
Candidates must wear ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) approved safety shoes. Shoes will be tested upon arrival at the facility. Candidates whose shoes do not pass testing will need to obtain compliant footwear before beginning work.
