About The Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top AP Partners.ย  As a Partner Success Manager, youโ€™ll work with a Director of Development on managing their Autopilot Partners and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks. You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with Autopilot Partners
  • Handle and address incoming requests from Partnersย 
  • Work with Landingโ€™s AP Ops & Field Operations team to ensure smooth launches
  • Host kickoff calls with new properties
  • Build and schedule QBRs with Partners
  • Collaborate with AP Ops & Field Operations teams on addressing issues
  • Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes

What You Need

  • Based in Birmingham
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Previous customer service/ partner experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at onceย 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
  • Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
