**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Route Management**: Efficiently manage assigned delivery routes, ensuring timely visits to customer locations according to the established schedule.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure all products are consistently stocked, organized, and presented attractively in vending machines, convenience stores, and other retail environments.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and perform regular audits to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; conduct regular check-ins to assess their needs and satisfaction with products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings, including new items and promotions, in order to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- **Sales Support**: Identify upsell opportunities and provide recommendations to customers to maximize product sales.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory levels; prepare reports for management as needed.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure company vehicle is maintained and kept clean, adhering to company safety and operational policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or route management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in using handheld devices and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
