About the Team

The Global Partnerships team lies at the heart of Twitch. Our team is dedicated to serving streamers in our Twitch Partner Program from around the world. Our partner managers are custodians of meaningful and enduring relationships with our Partners. Our operations managers lead the execution and efficiency of critical processes used to support the Partner experience. Our program managers design and implement initiatives that acknowledge and enable Partner success. Collectively, we shape and evolve the Partner Program with meticulous care. Every decision is guided by the diverse needs of our streamers, who are the essence of Twitch's success.

About the Role

Twitch is looking for a knowledgeable Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate and develop high-potential creators on Twitch. As the ideal candidate, you are fascinated by creator communities and stay on the cutting edge of creator and influencer trends. You enjoy spotting talent early, understanding what makes creators successful, and helping them build long-term careers on Twitch.

In this role, you'll work across two complementary creator pipelines. First, you'll manage Twitch's inbound creator program, identifying creators who are gaining momentum on Twitch and helping them develop into long-term partners. Second, you'll proactively recruit creators from other platforms, introducing new talent to Twitch and guiding them through their first steps on the platform.

You'll be determined, organized and methodical, with excellent judgement and a genuine passion for helping creators succeed.

You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, CA; New York, NY.

You Will:
  • Review daily reports highlighting new creators who are gaining traction on Twitch and identify those with the greatest long-term potential.
  • Conduct research to verify creator authenticity, evaluate audience quality and determine whether creators meet Twitch's partnership and recruitment criteria.
  • Reach out to promising organic creators, build relationships, and guide them through the next stage of their growth on Twitch.
  • Search across social platforms and creator communities to identify emerging talent who could thrive on Twitch.
  • Initiate thoughtful cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as an exciting next step in their careers.
  • Guide creators through onboarding, ensuring they are set up for success from their first stream onward.
  • Stay closely connected to creator trends, new platforms and cultural moments to continually improve how Twitch identifies and develops creator talent.
  • Partner with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth, troubleshoot challenges and transition creators into long-term account management.
You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management 
  • Strong data and research skills and the ability to quickly evaluate creators using multiple sources of information.
  • Good judgement and attention to detail when assessing creator authenticity, audience quality and eligibility.
  • Excellent written communication skills and confidence building relationships through email and social messaging.
  • Curiosity about creator trends and a passion for discovering emerging talent.
  • An understanding of livestreaming, the creator economy and online communities.
  • You engaging with creators personally, helping them troubleshoot issues and teaching best practices

  • Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, familiarity with live streaming tools and software.

  • Intimate knowledge of the latest content trends across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
