Description
Join the Apple Pay Wallet and Payments Operations team, working within our organization to understand, develop and improve processes to create awesome experiences for our Apple Card and Apple Cash customers. You'll help us define our future vision, build operational capabilities, and drive operational excellence. In addition, you will work closely with cross functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, Retail, AppleCare, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, curious, loves solving complex problems, has strong inter-personal skills and can collaborate internally and externally in a dynamic and evolving environment that values adaptability and thoughtful decision-making.
","responsibilities":"Partner with external teams including third-party vendors and financial institutions to align priorities, deliver projects and drive operational metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction, contact rate, costs, quality)
Engage with internal teams across product, engineering, finance, operations, and strategy to assess, influence, and deliver on product roadmap
Define support strategy and experience for new features, enhancements and new policies
Evolve servicing location and automation strategy to help customers in a fast and efficient way
Triage, root cause and solve issues quickly, while providing appropriate updates to relevant teams
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency using Apple tools (Keynotes and Numbers) for presenting and analytics
Ability to adapt and contribute positively in a positively in a dynamic and evolving work environment
Analytical and creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve results in a new space
Experience in the Financial services industry, retail banking, servicing operations management, and vendor management experience
Experience working in contact centers
MBA or a relevant post graduate degree or equivalent experience in leadership or strategic roles.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
Bachelors in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
Experience presenting to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience collaborating with different teams (internal and externally) with a proven track record of influencing without authority
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
