The People Partner for the newly created Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) will partner with the Page Wide Global Business Unit leaders and will be the main point of contact for the GSB business in AMS to develop and execute people strategies that align with organizational objectives, promote employee engagement, and enable the business to achieve business outcomes. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people strategy. In this role, you will coach and collaborate with executive leaders to drive business outcomes and organization effectiveness. You will join an international engaged PO team committed to have an impact in the business and their employees while getting opportunities to develop and grow together.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with leaders to link the organizational and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, performance and culture. Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to drive business transformation.

As a trusted advisor, you will deliver insights and solutions to the leadership team to address business challenges and leader development.Develop effective business strategies focused on people and talent. Recommend and develop People strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and employee engagement measures.

You will enable talent managementstrategy and process to develop world-class, inclusive talent. Making it a priority to know the internal bench and support their growth while championing career development.

Education and Experience Required

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in executing, partnering, and collaborating to drive results.

  • Superior ability to provide HR consultation to senior managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong project and process management skills.

  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle competing priorities calmly under pressure and within restricted timeframes.

  • Solid communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and management.

  • Excellent relationship building and management, as well as leadership and influencing skills.

The pay range for this role is$116,150to$182,400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
