Job Title: Senior Client Partner - BPO/BPS - Semiconductors


Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA


Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to join our team, focusing on the Semiconductor vertical. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these sectors along with experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, establishing strong relationships, and generating revenue. This role will require an individual capable of understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and expanding the client base within these industries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within Hi-Tech (Semiconductor) organizations.
  • Understand clientsโ€™ specific needs related to BPO services such as customer support, supply chain optimization, digital marketing, reservations, and more.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the unique challenges and opportunities within Semiconductor vertical.
  • Present comprehensive BPO and technology solutions that address both the operational and customer experience needs of clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts within the verticals.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that include BPO services tailored to Semiconductor clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment between client needs and company capabilities while maintaining profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, BPO service teams, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with product teams to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and key developments in the Hi-Tech sector, particularly with regard to outsourcing and automation trends.
  • Perform competitive analysis and adjust sales tactics to differentiate offerings in the marketplace.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with exposure to Semiconductor sector.
  • In-depth understanding of BPO services such as customer service outsourcing, supply chain management, IT support, contact center reservations management, and back-office operations etc.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, forecast, and derive actionable insights.


Preferred Qualifications:
