Job description

Purpose:

The Partner Integration Relationship Manager is responsible for successful growth initiatives through Credentโ€™s Partner Integration business model. This role services as the dedicated point of contact, guiding firms through the entire process, ensuring well planned transitions measured by client conversion rates and full onboarding of assets to Credentโ€™s UMA platform. The PI Relationship Manager oversees small-to-medium sized projects, working directly with the Partner Integration Sales Team, Project Coordinators, Operations Team and each onboarding partner to act as their guide and liaison throughout the Credent process including due diligence, client conversion, integration and client onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the Partner Integration Core Process.
  • Work with Project Coordinator to kick off the Playbook for small-to-medium-sized partner integration projects as each new contract is signed.
  • Serve as point of contact for new partners merging into Credent. Act as a single point of contact to navigate through the Partner Integration Core Process up to assimilation to the Credent Experience.
  • Travel to new site locations as needed to support healthy communication and strong relationships.
  • Create, refine, and implement processes as they pertain to the Partner Integration Core Process.
  • Ability to lead organized departmental meetings and coordinate with all integration team members.
  • Maintain knowledge in the policies and regulations of the regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all work activities.
  • Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive to the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide client service beyond expectations.
  • Comply with company-wide policies and relevant regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly develop rapport and build trusting relationships.
  • Proven success at holding others accountable to accomplishing time-based objectives.
  • Effectively present and communicate material in a manner that is compelling, creditable, and easily understood.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage and maintain core processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including excellent LISTENING skills)
  • Understanding of complex transactions and financial models
  • Self-driven, independent, adaptable, and creative problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience building dynamic, project-based relationships

Hours:
