You'll drive profitable revenue growth by helping service providers and key verticals across Canada and globally solve complex business challenges through integrated TELUS solutions - from next-gen connectivity and digital transformation to business solutions and healthcare technology.

You measure success through consistent results achieved via solution-based selling, strong customer relationships, and talented teams you've developed. You're data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at navigating complex organizational dynamics with authenticity and integrity.

What you'll do

You'll lead a sales team using consultative, solution-based methodologies aligned with PSO frameworks. Coaching with empathy and clarity, you help your team think strategically about cross-selling by asking powerful questions and listening actively to identify opportunities that genuinely solve customer problems.

You'll develop business plans balancing immediate wins with sustainable growth across TELUS offerings. Leveraging data and AI tools, you'll optimize your sales approach, maintain key partner relationships with integrity, and facilitate honest conversations about performance and development-addressing challenges with both compassion and accountability.
