What you'll be doing...
Drive the E2E architecture, design and development efforts and manage the day-to-day work for Sales AI, Marketing AI and Adobe platforms (20%); Collaborate and align with partner development teams and their leadership throughout the software life cycle to ensure sustainable software releases including capacity planning, budgeting, and end to end process alignment (10%); Lead and mentor a technical team of AEP Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects, developing the team's technical skills, business/data knowledge, and expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud (10%); Define and set the operational frameworks/processes for the team's day to day activities, and leverage deep business knowledge to guide the team in developing solutions that will resonate with Sales/Operations clients (10%); Provide guidance and technical inputs to the architects to define robust integrations between AEP and other platforms (including CRM, data warehouses, and downstream activation channels) to enrich the data, provide holistic view/insights, and ensure the AEP setup adheres to best practices for performance, security, and data governance (10%); Provide guidance on requirements and design of data pipelines, predictive models, and custom analysis for insight generation (10%); Lead a team of engineers who build data pipelines and ML modeling flows to produce dataset and predictive outputs for use in churn identification and custom analysis (10%); Lead the large/complex datasets analysis to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors and predict future outcomes (10%); Build relationships with Sales/Operations stakeholders to understand how to tailor the efforts as part of cross-functional strategic programs, focusing on automation and building robust processes to minimize maintenance requirements as business needs rapidly shift (10%).
What we're looking for...
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, Information and Communication Sciences, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer/Developer, BI Consultant, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years in software design, architecture, and development/delivery lifecycle, using Java, Oracle/SQL Server, and data analysis; and 4 years with DevOps, Microservices, Kubernetes, ServiceNow and Adobe tools, and building AI tools for sales and services. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
RATE OF PAY: $187,460 to $238,000 per year.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
