Key Responsibilities
Business Development Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, referral partners, insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Lead efforts to increase brand awareness and market penetration throughout the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Management
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through regular meetings, networking events, and industry involvement.
  • Represent SERVPRO at professional associations, community events, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and referral partners by educating them on SERVPRO's services and capabilities.
Sales Performance
  • Drive territory revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account development through CRM and marketing software.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, revenue reports, and territory performance updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution.
Team Development
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to business development representatives and other sales team members as assigned.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new sales personnel.
  • Promote accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of successful business development, sales, or account management experience.
  • Previous leadership, management, or team mentoring experience preferred.
  • Experience within the restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships and generating revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation
