Control Solutions Group (CSG), an EMCOR Group company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled BAS Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the building automation systems industry. You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, while exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Execution:
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the building automation systems market.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and expand market share.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new market segments and product offerings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
  • Strong understanding of building automation technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
