Your Purpose
The Partnerships Account Manager will play a key role in managing and growing Brightline's sponsorship and partnership business. This role will oversee current accounts, support the development of new business opportunities, and ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership and sponsorship assets.

Your Role:
Account Management, Execution, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Business Development Support
  • Manage and support Brightline's portfolio of sponsorship and co-marketing partnership accounts (across sports teams, music festivals, museums, arts & cultural organizations, venues, events, and brand sponsors), ensuring seamless execution of contracted assets, exceptional partner experiences, and mutually beneficial initiatives that drive brand awareness, ridership, revenue, and premium guest experiences.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
  • Coordinate and implement assets, support in contract execution, and maintain detailed account trackers.
  • Create comprehensive end-of-term recaps for sponsorships and partnerships, incorporating metrics, timelines, visuals, images, videos, and key outcomes to clearly articulate value, impact, and ROI.

You:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, account management, sports marketing, experiential marketing, media sales, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or a related field.
  • Experience tracking deliverables, managing detailed account/project trackers, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Proven experience developing presentations, sales materials, sponsorship decks, and custom partnership packages.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorships, partnerships, marketing, and sales landscapes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
  • Experience supporting inbound opportunities; outbound business development experience is a plus.
