Job description

SUMMARY

In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Director, SLED. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customer's business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to state, local and education 
  • Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build, and grow executive relationships with customers 
  • Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values 
  • Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  • Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

  • Minimum 7 years selling SaaS/Security solutions to SLED 
  • Process and detail-oriented. Do well at updating your SFDC accounts 
  • Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams   
  • Able to provide consulting and professional advice 
  • Experience in SLED sales and selling to C-level executives 
  • You listen to the customer and adjust based on their needs 
  • Able to pivot in a meeting vs. sticking to a script 
  • Team player - selling is a team sport 
  • Able to hit target year after year 
  • Hyper-growth experience  

Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person (Any individual who is granted U.S. citizenship; or any individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence (green card holder); or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person") and that they reside in the contiguous United States.
