Violetto, the signature restaurant at Alila Napa Valley, is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. Located in the heart of wine country, Violetto offers seasonal, locally inspired California cuisine with a focus on ingredient integrity, refined technique, and exceptional guest experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a cook who is just starting out in the industry and looking to learn in a professional, fine dining kitchen. You'll work alongside a team of experienced chefs and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment focused on growth, consistency, and culinary excellence.
The hourly range we reasonably expect to pay for this position is $18.00 - $23.40.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with prep, station setup, and execution during service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines with precision and consistency
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team to support smooth service flow
• Uphold kitchen policies and assist with breakdown and cleaning after service
