About the Role
Workplace Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled and self-directed IT & Technology Specialist to serve as our go-to resource for all technology needs. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable resolving day-to-day technical issues as they are tackling longer-term projects like web development, app implementation, and software customization.
You will work closely with leadership to support, maintain, and improve the technology infrastructure and digital tools that power our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Networking
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and connectivity solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues across the office
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and well-documented network infrastructure

Hardware & Software Support
  • Set up, maintain, and support office hardware including computers and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly
  • Assist with device and user onboarding as needed

Software & Platform Administration
  • Administer and customize business software platforms to support company workflows
  • Conduct periodic security reviews and implement best practices across all platforms
  • Manage user access, permissions, and account settings across tools and services

Development & Digital Projects
  • Support and maintain the company website and web-based tools
  • Research, develop, and implement software applications to improve business operations
  • Partner with leadership on ongoing and emerging technology initiatives

Requirements
Required
  • Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar hands-on technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience with DNS configuration and network infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console)
  • Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS platforms)
  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred / Bonus
  • Experience with Zoho Suite (Books, CRM, Cliq, or related products)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Claude (Anthropic)
  • Experience with app development or no-code/low-code platforms
  • Security audit experience or relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, etc.)
  • Prior experience supporting small-to-mid-size business environments
