Job description

Job Title: Ticket/Season Pass Sales
Type of Position: Full-Time and Part-Time seasonal
Schedule: 2 days+/wk. part time or 32+hr/wk. full time
Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr. depending on experience

Summary
Customer service and ticket sales are the main job in the ticket office. Some Ticket Sellers may also handle season pass sales. All employees are responsible for their own cash drawers turned in at the end of each day. Tickets and pass sales may include additional recording and validation of eligibility for discounts related promotions, coupons, and special events.
All employees assist to stock necessary items such as area maps, ticket stock and zip-ties. Items in storage need to be brought up the stairs on occasion and can be heavy. The job includes snow shoveling and spreading ice melt as well as standard cleaning responsibilities. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
  • Selling Tickets
  • Helping customers with online purchase recall
  • Stocking maps, zip ties, and tickets
  • Cash handling
  • Helping with season pass fulfillment
  • Directing customers

Requirements
  • 18 years old or older
  • Computer keyboarding skills
  • 10 key calculator proficiency.
  • POS knowledge.
  • Speed and accuracy counting cash.
  • Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs.
