Status: Internship (Unpaid - Academic Credit / Experiential Learning)
Hours: 20-25 hours/week (Includes game days, evenings, and weekends as needed)
Position Overview
The Ticket Management & Sports Technology Intern will gain hands-on experience in modern sports technology, digital offer creation, merchandise auction logistics, and fan engagement platforms. The intern will support daily backend operations, lead data-pulling efforts from custom forms, assist with group package setups, and track campaign metrics during the active season.
This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to build practical, resume-ready skills in sports administration, digital operations, and database management.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Tech Operations
  • Digital Offers & Package Collaboration (FEVO): Assist in building and updating ticket offer pages, setting up intake forms, pulling and organizing customer data, and collaborating on group and corporate package builds.
  • Digital Auctions & Merchandise (DASH): Help set up auction listings, draft item descriptions, respond to customer inquiries, and track physical inventory, fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
  • SMS Marketing & Fan Engagement (VOZZI): Support outbound text campaign scheduling, review fan replies, and monitor campaign engagement metrics.
  • Fan Data & Segmentation (StellarAlgo): Assist in pulling customer data, building targeted fan lists, and logging campaign results to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Game Day & Promotional Execution
  • Assist with on-site fulfillment for special ticketing packages, digital auction wins, and promotional redemptions on game days.
  • Partner with Game Operations to track and execute in-game ticketing promotions.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Partnerships to verify that ticket-related contractual obligations and promotional perks are accurately delivered.

Data Management & Tracking
  • Create, manage, and pull data from digital forms to streamline special ticket requests and group intake.
  • Maintain organized tracking spreadsheets for merchandise inventory, activation schedules, and campaign performance.
  • Research emerging sports industry trends, digital promotional strategies, and fan activation ideas.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Data & Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and online form builders; high comfort level working with spreadsheet data and digital tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organization and accuracy when pulling fan data, building offer links, and tracking inventory.
  • Communication: Clear written communication for customer inquiries and smooth cross-departmental coordination.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including select home games, evenings, and weekends during the season.

What You Will Gain
  • Direct mentorship from executive leadership in sports technology and ticketing management.
  • Resume-ready, hands-on experience with core industry platforms (FEVO, DASH, VOZZI, StellarAlgo).
  • Practical experience in data collection, form building, and digital campaign organization.
  • Broad cross-departmental exposure across Sales, Marketing, Game Ops, and Corporate Partnerships.
  • Official documentation and support for university academic credit (if applicable).
