The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) assist customers with establishing a mobile account, process wagers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, answer questions, and provide timely, knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly and patient support to customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of recent experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook required.

Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.

Willingness to learn new technology.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and math skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.

. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.

Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.

The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
