The Sportsbook Agent (Ticket Writer) for Boomer's Sportsbook will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sportsbook. You are the first and primary point of contact for customers who visit the sportsbook. You will assist customers with setting up a mobile account, process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook required.
  • Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
  • Consistent positive energy, with a proven history of delivering excellent customer service. 
  • Willingness to learn new technology. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • This is a part-time position.
. Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift. 
  • Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
  • The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
