Here are the highlights for the Remote Contact Center Telesales Agent gig:

The Lowdown:

  • Who We Are: Evolute Contact Center is an established contact center with a supportive vibe. We work hard, offer a good base rate plus incentives, and are growing fast!
  • The Job Title: Remote Call Center Telesales Agent.
  • The Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus extra incentive pay based on how well you do.

What You'll Be Doing (Basically, Selling!):

  • You'll be making outbound calls to folks who filled out an online form asking for a free mortgage rate quote.
  • Your main goal is to hit and exceed your sales goals to earn that sweet incentive pay (details on the bonus structure come during training!).
  • You'll use scripts for handling objections but need to be able to think on your feet too.
  • Keep the customer on the line to transfer them to the mortgage company.
  • Gotta keep good notes in the system.
  • Deal with complaints, doubts, and even upset customers like a pro.

What You Need to Bring:

  • At least 1 year of outbound call center experience, it has to include sales and working in an incentive-based environment.
  • Experience following a sales script.
  • Awesome communication and sales/upselling skills.
  • A solid attendance track recordโ€”show up and be dependable!
  • The ability to stay cool and professional, even when people say no.
  • Be good about sticking to break and lunch times.
  • You might need to work evenings and weekends sometimes (flexibility is key).
  • CRITICAL: You MUST live in one of these states: Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
  • Wired internet (no wifi)
  • Separate, designated work space, free from distractions to do your best work
