Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Make outbound calls using a provided script
Engage customers with a positive and professional attitude
Follow the call flow and meet performance goals
Accurately input call details and maintain records
Represent our brand with enthusiasm and integrity
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Have a high level of tele-sales techniques to persuade callers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but keeping the lines of communication open when you are faced with any puzzling questions or concerns.
Intermediate data-capture, typing, grammar, and spelling skills.
Ability to take directions from leadership via Zoom and chat
Understanding that agent activity is closely monitored using call center technology to track productivity and quality.
At least 1 year of actual Call center experience, working with automatic dialers
Must be 18 years or older
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
A higher degree would be of great advantage, especially for career advancement
Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
WAH Requirements:
Computer & Internet Specs: To be successful in this remote position, the following technical requirements must be met: Processor Speed/Type: 2.6GHz or faster Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum Hard Drive: 500GB total storage Available Disk Space: At least 30% available Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 80 Mbps Upload: Minimum 10 Mbps Accessories: Wired headset (with microphone) External mouse External keyboard External monitor (recommended)
Hours of Operations / Schedules:
Part-Time with flexible availability.
Shifts available Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST. Must be able to work a mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
