Job description

Golden Years is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic outbound /telesales professional who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts for our Home Care agency. Your primary job focus will be to call families seeking home care service, discuss care needs, build trust, and rapport, and after, schedule a home care assessment. This position offers advancement for supervisor/manager.

Hourly pay plus commission bonuses could result in a significant income opportunity. Requirements include submitting weekly reports, track lead referral source, close leads, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)
