USF World is seeking a FWS Student Assistant to provide customer service and administrative support for their daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must possess strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritize, good follow-up skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Products. Students must also be enrolled in at least six USF credit hours while employed and have a 2.0 USF GPA minimum. Applicant must have a current and accepted Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award through emailing the file to Luisa Escobar, escobarl@usf.edu. Please save your "Award Overview" screen from OASIS as a print screen and then paste it into a Word document.

Track Education Abroad applicants.
Manually input leads in the CRM system.
Lead general information sessions.
Assist with marketing and promotion efforts.
Assist with event programming.
Respond to general office inquiries via phone, email, and Teams.
Greet guests for USF World.
Prepare mailings and document pick up.
Other duties as assigned.
