About Naples Classical Academy:
A Tuition-Free Public Charter Classical School. Naples Classical Academy is a Hillsdale College Member School.
NCA's mission is to train the minds and improve the hearts of students through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility
Position :
The After School Program assistant monitors students and conducts the program under the direction of the Activities Coordinator and Administration. The assistants will help create a structured, safe, and secure environment for students weekday afternoons. The position is a 10 month, M-F (school schedule), 3 hour day, with a possible split shift option (of 6 hours) 6 AM-8 AM and/or afternoons 3PM-6 PM
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. Assist the coordinator in developing and implementing a structured program of activities for students who remain on campus before and after school hours
  2. Organize, monitor, and lead various activities, including but not limited to games, activities, sports, study time, and snack
  3. Oversee student behavior and discipline in a manner consistent with the school's mission and handbook to develop students of character and virtue

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
  1. Required: 18 years of age or older
  2. Preferred: Experience working with children/students
