  • Must be a current UF student.
  • Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
  • Available to work 10 hours a week.

Job Description:
The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is currently looking for a Student Administrative Assistant to join our Federal Programs area.
This Federal Work Study position will assist our coordinators with data entry and scanning while learning financial aid processing.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing and sorting of incoming custodial scholarship mail.
  • Scanning mail documents.
  • Auditing and alphabetizing scholarship check information.
  • Assisting with outreach and cases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Expected Salary:
$15/hour
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a current UF student.
  • Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
  • Available to work 10 hours a week.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
