Space Security Cooperation Analyst and Digital Solutions Integrator
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As a Space Security Cooperation Analyst and Digital Solutions Integrator, you'll bring your analytic and planning skills honed from past experience supporting space missions, international engagement, or digital modernization to help advance security cooperation objectives and projects for US Space Command. You will work with senior military and civilian stakeholders, international partners, and cross-functional teams to translate mission needs into practical workflows, collaboration tools, and decision-support products. This position supports planning and execution related to foreign disclosure, technology release, and broader international policy considerations affecting space-related capabilities and partner integration. You will also help improve how the organization manages information, coordinates actions, and delivers mission outcomes through tools such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, to advance the Commands space objectives.
You served your country as a seasoned military professional or civilian, now, continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for US Space Command.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with defense, space operations, security cooperation, foreign disclosure, export control, international affairs, or mission support
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a national security environment such as Department of War, Combatant Commands, or Services
  • Experience developing written products and briefings for leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform to support process automation, information management, and mission collaboration
  • Ability to translate mission requirements into usable workflows, collaboration tools, and decision-support products
  • Ability to work effectively onsite in a fast-paced, high-visibility mission environment and collaborate across varied stakeholder groups
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting USSPACECOM, the U.S. Space Force, Combatant Commands, or space mission organizations
  • Experience with security cooperation, foreign military sales, international engagement, treaty or agreement considerations, and technology release processes
  • Experience with space mission areas such as space domain awareness, satellite communications, missile warning and tracking, space control, or related operational functions
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Business Intelligence (BI), dashboards, workflow design, or low-code digital modernization efforts
  • Experience with process improvement, organizational transformation, or governance in support of mission execution
  • Experience collaborating with international partners through security cooperation programs, Department of State initiatives, or related engagements
  • Ability to bridge policy, operations, and technical implementation
  • Possession of strong communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
